The Village of Hainesville is contracted for Police Services through the Grayslake Police Department and has Enhanced 911 services available to our residents. The Village is served by two Fire Protection Districts: Grayslake and Greater Round Lake.

Smart 9-1-1 Service
Smart 9-1-1 Services are now available to Hainesville residents. This is a free service that allows individuals/families to sign up online and create a profile that provides key information to 9-1-1 call takers during an emergency.
Information like home/work addresses, vehicle details, medical conditions, adults, children & pets in the household can be provided in this secure profile accessed only if you dial 9-1-1.
